What is CBD?
CBD (Cannabidiol) is one of the many cannabinoids found in the cannabis sativa plant also known as industrial hemp. CBD was patented ( Patent No. 6,630,507) in 2003 by the U.S. Government as both an antioxidant and a neuroprotectant. Cannabidiol is a non- psychoactive cannabinoid that helps promote the healthy regulation of the endocannabinoid, immune, and nervous system via cannabinoid receptors found in the body.
